Hi,
Just had my order for the samsung s22 cancelled by O2. So I placed a new order for the Samsung S22 ultra and 30 mins later had a text stating it was out of stock... has anyone else had this happen to them recently??
Kinda getting annoyed now ... just hope they stick to the "delivery within 1 week" that's stated for the black s22 ultra 🙄

It's just getting annoying now. After they cancelled my original order all they could offer me was £10 credit. I said no and wanted to speak to a manager and was then told my webchat was being passed to a manager and not heard anything since 🙄

Don't bother with Live Chat, they are most of the time useless, contact the sales team via Social Media or the phone number above...
