There is a previous orders link in My O2 depending how old the device is.

There is only minimal order details of previous devices.

They will pass it on to the fraud department.

Hi @Emma437, as mentioned above the best way to report any suspicious activity with your account is through customer service. Did you manage to get in touch with them about this?
