Can I see a previous device details that was purchased with O2? (Not one that’s currently in use)

There is a previous orders link in My O2 depending how old the device is.

There is only minimal order details of previous devices.

They will pass it on to the fraud department.

Hi @Emma437, as mentioned above the best way to report any suspicious activity with your account is through customer service. Did you manage to get in touch with them about this? It was a bit unclear from your post what you meant but please do let us know if you managed to sort this out or need any additional help?

Yes unfortunately we can't help you and you can only get the full details from fraud via customer service.
