There is a charge on my bill for premium services on my bill of £1.20. This is for messages to 64084, these messages were in response to a customer response survey from Virgin media. I do not understand why you are charging me for a response to your survey.
There is another charge of £0.65 on the bill perhaps you can explain what this is for.
