Making extra payments

Can I make extra payments on my contract on the app or site without having to call 02 up as calling them is a pain to try to speak to someone and get pushed piller to post, push option 1 for *** push option 2 for *** ect and then still don't get anywhere to speak to someone about it

If  you go into My O2, you will see a section which says 'Make A Payment'.

Do it via that route.

Thank you for your help really appreciated I didn't see the drop down menu part where you could choose pat other amount,
