Want to upgrade Disney to Premium

Hello. Last month I signed for 6 months of Disney+ (standard). However I would like to upgrade to Premium but on the 'Manage this Extra' is greyed out and I cannot change this. Can I not upgrade within the 6 months initial period? Thanks

Resolved! Switching to pay monthly

Hello, I have just activated a new rolling plan SIM card only deal. I can see on my O2 App, that I can upgrade to a Pay Monthly deal. Can you help set this up for me please. Thanks

Final bill refund

Hi i have changed provider, my phone line was cut off on the 19 th July , Ive received a email to state i am entitled to to a refund of £28.62, account no ************ but apparently you don’t have my bank details

Bolt on

Just tired to bug a 1gn data bolt on, after pressing submit a message came up saying l bought 100mb that’s not what l selected. Tried again and the same thing happened !!!
