I am currently billed for the following: Custom Plan Set 5 Airtime PlanO2 International Bolt On Will I be able to use my unlimited data in the USA, Canada and Mexico when I go away next month?

Changed tariff

I have a sim 1 card only. I increased my tariff and it says sim 02 only. Does that mean my new tariff won't work?

eSim processing

I received an upgrade last week with an eSim. The transfer worked however there was a fault on the device so I returned to store for them to replace on Wednesday. They gave me a physical sim card but evidently ordered an eSim as well for reasons unkn...

Hi how do I get a new sim with the same number , my grandsons phone fell in to water and lost , so can’t log in as wants to send code to phone we no longer have ?!
