I have O2 switch UP and wanted to be able to get the free Galaxy watch so I went into store and they had be pay a £50 "reservation fee".

Will I get this back at all and how?

It's taken off the device plan cost.

I'm on switch up too. Was expecting to pay £50 but just had to pay the £30 up front
