Port number validation exception

Hello!

 

I am trying to port my number from 3 but I keep receiving a validation error from BluePrism (below) I am wondering if this is because when entering the security details on the form it asks for the following

 

Enter the characters from your password.

Don't forget - this is the password you use to contact customer services, not the one you use to sign into our website.

 

However I do not have a customer services password?

 

Cany anyone help please?

Your best option is to call them @LT176 

If You need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.

Spoke to a lovely lady who was able to sort this over the phone this morning - rang at 8am and got straight through slight_smile
