I registered a new Pay Monthly SIM card with O2, transferring my old phone number from another network provider. However, while the status showed COMPLETED on my order page (My O2), I have not received the SIM. Now my current phone number is supposed to be moving to that SIM, and it's nowhere to be found. Could someone please help?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

I've got the same problem. Ordered a new sim only last Thursday 5th, still not received it but O2 emailed today to say my number will port tomorrow. So if it's not received tomorrow i'll have no service. Tried O2 chat this morning but all i'm getting is "wait until tomorrow". Not a great start
