I am using my 02 UK number for some validation actions online. But my phone is no longer receiving them.
Can you advise? I am based in Turkey and using my home wifi.
I pay a monthly sim card tarif. It is an iphone6.
The last SMS I received was on 29 May

How long have you been in Turkey?
We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from the forum.
You need to contact O2.
