can somebody help?
I have completed the online form 4 times to bring my number from ID mobile with the PAC code.
I then receive an email from blue prism stating they are unable to verify my security details. I really want to keep my ID number any suggestions?

This is probably due to you trying 4 times. Porting is taking longer than usual so you have probably confused the system. https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/how-to-keep-your-mobile-number
