Did the form last Friday, told switch would happen Tuesday. Nothing happened. Phoned CS they said will chase and filled out form again, said it would be all ok within 4 hours. Nothing, can’t turn on wifi calling, can’t turn on 4g,
is this the normal state of o2?
pretty dismal network so far!
hiw can I jiggle them along?

They do seem to behaving problems at the moment.
Keep rebooting your handset.
