Ordered phone that was meant to arrive today. Tracking number doesn't work on uk mail site. Contacted O2 who told me to contact the courier, however when I contact them they say the tracking number doesn't exist.

Was going to call o2 yesterday afternoon before I went to work but received a text from DHL that my phone will arrive sat 8th. I guess I should still call o2 and ask for a refund since I paid for it to delivered on the 1st.
