Phone cut off

Hello. Even though I have paid my bill in full they have cut off my phone and as I am a nurse for the nhs I need my phone right now..... it has been 24 hours now and it still hasn't been turned on.... tried to call them but due to Corona no one will answer .... please help me... I dont need this right now

Hi, I am in the same boat! I paid yesterday and still not been turned back on and every time I try to call I just get 3 beeps!

Same problem been trying to call O2 regarding my phone been cut off but no answers.

O2 are running a limited service. If you call and get music, hang on you are in a queue. It will be a long wait but eventually you will get through
