Hi my account was put on hold until my next billing date which is 16th March to allow me to get my new details and card from the bank as I have had really bad bank fraud for about a year and a half .. your college said to call back if a bar goes on all 3 of my numbers.. this has happened please can you remove these bars until I get this sorted ..due to the current circumstances everything is taking a little bit longer
