Hi I changed from pay as you go on 31/12/2012 to a monthly contract. I have just received an email for the second time to say my bill is ready, and to click a link to view it. However the link does not bring up a bill! It just takes me to the screen to change my details, please help.

You will need to call 202 free from your mobile as your account needs to be checked to see if it's set up correctly. It may be that you are using different sign-in details from those that O2 set up.
