I discovered in Feb that several items had been ordered from my account. NOT by me. Have rung O2 nearly every week and have been told  that fraud would ring me back.. Guess what still no response. I was also informed that my phone would NOT be cut off. Again rang this week ( Tuesday)to be informed that it was being sorted out .Someone from fraud would contact me within 24 hours, and that the agent that I was dealing with would contact me Thursday to take payment for the outstanding monthly payment ( aprox £30). Neither of these calls were received, and now I have been cut off. Also receiving threatening letters for non payment of items not ordered or received. Anyone any advice?

No one from fraud will contact you until the investigation is complete.

It is illegal for any details to be discussed with anyone involved in the case.

If all your accounts are locked there is nothing you can do except wait unfortunately.

Not what you wanted to hear but that's the way it is with O2, who take ages to investigate these things.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
