Changed sim and cant access myO2 any more

I have just got a pay monthly sim and followed te steps to change my number to my old pay as you go number whiched worked, but now when i try and access myO2 i keep getting "application error". help?

Maybe it's not on the system yet, give it a day or so and give them a ring if it still doesn't work.

Are you able to access other online apps???

Maybe try to remove the app and reinstall it later in the day. It could be that as the number has been changed MYO2 hasnt updated to the changes
