i know my passwords and username are correct but i cant sign into my account on my mobile, galaxy 3???

Have you downloaded the latest app? If so uninstall and reinstall (the lataest app is version 4.0)

If you still have a problem you need to speak to customer service to make sure you have the correct sign on details orso  they can reset the account for you.

I had the same troule, customer services couldnt help I asked if someone could ring me, they sorted it out.
