Hi guys,
I cannot log into my O2 app at all. I’ve tried everything. I can open the app, enter my username & password, then it says “enter the code we have sent to (email address) which I do and then I’m taken to a screen which says:
“Something went wrong.
Oops. My 02 isn't available to you yet. If you're new to 02, it can take up to 48 hours for your account to be ready. If it's been longer than 48 hours, get in touch and we'll look into it for you.”
I’ve had my monthly phone contract with O2 for well over 2 years. Could anyone suggest something I could do to help me out?

@tbul85 - can you log-in using the browser version of MyO2? https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin
If so, then uninstall the MyO2 app from your handset, reboot the handset and reinstall.
If not possible either way, then Guide: How to find help & contact O2 has the Social Media links in it, down a ways in the Guide - use X or Messenger link to talk to the O2 Social Media team and ask them to help get you back into MyO2. Good luck!
