Hello,

I am outside of the UK just now and my phone was stolen. I have an old phone that I would like to transfer my plan on to but have no SIM card - is it possible to transfer to an eSIM to have my plan transferred to my old phone?

Thanks for your help

@mikelow92

It's unlikely that an esim will be any use to you as you won't be able to log in to your MyO2 to install it unless you have another UK mobile number that you can give O2 to receive the log in code.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
