I recently joined O2 and was hoping to keep my old number but it has been an absolute disaster from the start. I ordered the sim three weeks ago, when it came I filled in the online form for porting, next day I get a message to say there has been a problem with porting my number and to phone. Long story short it has now been three weeks and my number has still not ported! I have phoned multiple times, tried in store, and online chat, every time they say if is going to happen soon, there has been a technical error, but nothing happens. I need my number for my job, I am a vet with on call duties, it has been really stressful and no one seems to be able to fix it, they just say stuff like they have sent an email with marked urgency, surely there is someone out there that knows how to fix this. I move from EE, but the number is now inactive with them so I can’t even use it with them. Please can someone help!?!

@Hana

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks
