Anyone know why i cant use my personal hotspot since i joined o2? it worked on EE

Most likely cause is that you don't have the idata bolt on on your account.

Call customer service and ask them to add idata for iPhone then wait 24 hours to check again.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
