Perks at Work (o2 Open)

I work for Interserve and they have a Interserve Perks at Work website offering discounts and other stuff. I've noticed they offer 25% off o2 Airtime Plans. On Perks website it say's "O2 are offering employees 25% off their Airtime Plans with O2 Open when you purchase with a device plan. It's not just for your mobile - you can save on the Airtime plan for your tablet too." Does anyone know if this includes sim only traffis. I looked at the O2 open section on the o2 website and tried registering that way but the code I have on the Perks website is 13 characters long not a 5 character that o2 open wants me to enter. Can any help me or give me the 5 character code?

As in order to qualify for any discount you need to purchase a new phone or tablet, a sim only deal would not qualify.
