Usually o2 takes payment on the 7th of every month via direct debit, but this month they havent taken anything please can someone tell me why? Thankyou x

Hi @Jasmine1 , @Dawn19 , sorry to hear about the payment issues you've encountered. 😞 We're not aware of any known direct debit or payment issues at the moment, but we'd like to look into some specific cases to see what the issue might be. I'm going to drop you both a private message here on the forum shortly to get a few more additional details to be able to get this looked into in more detail.

Just want to point out here that although my husbands bill is showing paid in My O2, it hasn't been taken out of our bank (due on the 9th)

He rang O2 (on one of the other numbers) and got through immediately. They confirmed payment HAS been taken and should show up in the bank today or tomorrow.

So *breathes sigh of relief*.
