My bill

I've 2 direct debits for one phone can anyone explain why

If you are on a Refresh tariff @Nick7  you get two bills. One for the device and the other for airtime

Do you mean live chat? Why was your bill £80..just out of interest?

I changed my phone , they registered the sim so I was paying for 2 phones

I emailed complaints department they was straight on it

Was hoping they might have been a bit more sorry by offering a new phone !! Haha
