Hi,
My latest bill contains a charge of £2.389 to the number 08540589000. I dont recognise this and believe that it may be a scam. Will you please investigate the charge and let me know who the call was to and exactly when it was made.
Please reply by text to my phone or call me if the answer is complex.

If it is 0845 then it will be Zen Internet, which you could have found out by a quick Google Search, and they are not spammers, and that number is very old..
So you could try ringing them on the details on their website...
The dialing code 0854 doesnt exist and nor does it exist as an IDD
