Do I have any outstanding funds on my o2 account? I recently converted from bill pay to pay as you go. I want to ensure my bill payments have been paid up to date

Just leave your direct debit in place and O2 will take any payments automatically.
You can ask O2 if you want further info.

This is not O2, @L88 - your MyO2 may be a better place to look, or contact O2 via Social Media and ask them to check (link below this post has the ways). It is possible your balance would have been refunded to your bank if you paid your earlier Contract phone by Direct Debit, have you checked your bank since whenever your last billing date would have been? (Usually 14 days after the regular billing date). Good luck!
