Resolved! Restrictions on international calls

It seems that I cannot make an international call from my phone. This even seems to include calling the Isle of Man from the UK. I suspect it is a setting or restriction on my plan. Any suggestions would be welcome!

Can't activate Disney plus add on

I am unable to activate the disney plus add on. When I go on to my o2 it says I need to click to activate, however, this then brings me to an error page.
