Hi I am Chandra ,
I am having problems with O2 because I should be paying £ 11.29 normally but O2 started to take £57.12 for no reason but when I called them they said it’s because I called or replied to a premium number the but I haven’t done anything. So, for this month of may I don’t want to pay £ 57.12 , I just want to pay £ 11.29 and also I wanted to know how much do i have to pay when I cancel my account. I want refund as well if you can.
