I have just got the iphone 16 pro max over 36 months but on ordering I specifically said can I pay the device plan off once I get the phone and was told yes,I have rang 4 times and payment will not go through even after phoning my bank 2 times,bank said as it was a large amount they wouldn't let the payment go through but have cleared it as I've confirmed I was the person making payment so why can't 02 take my payment?????
