Payment Not Received

On the MyO2 app, it says I haven’t made a payment, but says under it ‘£0.00 will be added to your next airtime bill if full payment is not received by the 13th Jan 21’, which was the day I bought the phone, and 2 weeks ago. However when I scroll down, it says I’ve paid my latest airtime bill and my monthly device plan, and the money has come out of my account. Is this something I should be concerned about?
