Paying bills

I have just bought an i-phone but can't make out how I will be paying.  I don't recall the shop taking any bank details and I would rather pay by DDM rather than try to remember to pay each month.  Any ideas?

Can I just get help in paying online? Doesn't allow it on the app, can't seem to do it on the web and I can't call because they have restricted my phone... Because I haven't paid. This is breaking me.

When I go on there it doesn't give me the option of paying, just tells me to call them. Which I can't do because they have restricted my service 😣

You need to borrow a phone or use a landline.
Numbers on this link http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
A direct debit will help you in future.

Have a look at these various ways to pay (although setting up a direct debit is the best way)

The only option is to call them either landline or borrowing a friends phone. They only allow you to call because they need to speak to you about the account. It's likely there may be a reconnection fee too. Please set up a direct debit so you don't have the problem again.
