Due to Coronavirus I have been unable to pay my latest bill in full by it's due date. I will be able to pay the remainder in full on 20th April however I am finding it extremely difficult to make arrangements for this so I need someone to confirm that you, O2, have accepted this arrangement for me. I need my phone reconnecting as soon as possible as I need it for work and my employment is at risk if I can't use my phone. I can't wait until the 20th April to be able to use my phones services. I just ask that someone please let me know that this will be ok and sorted out for me
