I have an O2 refresh contract.
Why can I only pay for the airtime online and not the CCA as well?
I do not want to have to call every month to pay it, I don't want it on a direct debit as O2 do not give a reference number that distiguishes one phone bill from the other (both mine and my pertner's O2 phone bills come out of the same account).
Why make it so difficult to pay bills?

Perhaps another Refresh Customer can tell you what they do.
Call 02 on 202 to see if they can do something more to distinquish the direct debits.
