Payin my bill from abroad and trying to navigate the incredibly frustrating O2 website

Can SOMEONE (any human being, please?) contact me and stop the idiocy of trying to find hamnity on your website??? I am having truble paying my bill and I really, really, really, need human (not bot) help in trying to resolve this stupid matter. My name is Bernard Hunt. My email is chatachak**Personal info** Can someone please (please?) contact me and let's get this settled? This would save me from another venture through you incredibly lunatic website, which is akin to being lost in Dante's Circles of Hell. Please? ARe any human beings employed at O2?

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
