Other than that you will have to contact them. Possibly borrow a friends O2 mobile, free call on 202.

Other alternative is the landline number in the contact link at the foot of the page.

When your phones cut off it'll still let you phone 202 CS and 2729 bill payment line :).

i keep going to my account but wont bring up my bill

Call customer service and ask them to reset your account. It's free on 202. Alternatively you could try the chat link in my signature, they should be open now.

I can only pay by bank transfer or standing order. Can someone from 02 call me. Otherwise I have no way of borrowing a phone, and calling 202 or 2729 isn’t working as I’ve been cut off. I’m a single dad with 2 kids. I need someone to call me to help pay the bill
