I have received an email bill for my mobile WiFi. I want to pay it by credit card. The mobile WiFi has never showed up on my O2 account. I am away in the USA at present so can’t phone the 0800 number, anyway past experience indicates a long wait for anyone to answer the phone. How can I the bill by credit card please?

I’m in the USA, that number does not work from here. Anyway I’ve tried phoning O2 before and they don’t answer. I’ll be back home tomorrow, but in the meanwhile can I use some other method to contact O2 to make payment?

Thanks, but the Facebook link starts well but when I click more it just goes to my Messenger inbox. The X link does not mention customer service, it just has a lot of sales pitches. I’m not on Instagram.
so how do I get to where I can post my request on Facebook please?

You can only pay via payment management.
