I recently got my PAC from my last provider (Vodafone).
I filled out the online form at o2.co.uk late on Monday night (2-1-17) but haven't had anything back from o2 yet.
Is it too early to be worried or should I give o2 a call?

You should have heard by now, either try the form again or call CS in the morning. 8-8.30 is best time to call.

I spoke to customer services this morning and he said that there was an error on the online form which meant not enough security data had been requested so it had been declined.
He then guaranteed that I would get my old number by Monday 9th!
