Morning all,

I need a copy of my PDF bill to claim cashback.

Everytime I claick on view bill in MYO2 it takes me back to the login screen.

Can anyone help? They're only taking urgent calls and can't get through.

Go to your recent orders in your MyO2 and print as a PDF from there.

Try edge browser if doing it online or through the app on mobile.

Thanks but it wasn't ordered through O2 so nothing showing in there.

Have you followed this Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page?

Make sure you clear cache and cookies first and Edge browser works best.
