I currently have a SIM only contract with O2 and have chosen to upgrade this to a new deal, as I am keeping the same device will I be able to keep my phone number and will I need to use a new SIM? Thanks

Activate replacement sim

I have been sent a new sim card, as ive lost my old one, but I can not activate the new one as its sending a conformation pin to my mobile number which I cant retrieve as i dont have the old sim card? How can I activate my new sim?
