Hi,

I have had a message saying I have an outstanding payment but I have a direct debit set up? So I’m confused?

The only people who can help are the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217 as no one here has access to customer accounts

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm
