PAC code transfer

had my new phone & new provider 02 for over a week now & sent PAC to transfer my old number to the new phone service how damn long does it take ? I have sent it 4 times & not had anything to say they are working on it, there is no number to call to speak to someone about this, 

thinking I made a big mistake changing to 02

It could be your old network holding up the port out, but as no one here can access accounts then you need to call and ask them..
