I am literally beside myself now. Not only have O2 owed me money for months now and continue to promise to refund it but never do (see my other post), they have today taken a payment which is double what I should have paid leaving me short of money for the month. I had spend literally hours on the phone the last three months sorting this and it seems that they have just ignore everything and have done what they want. I have emailed the O2 complaints account and guess what - no reply..

Thanks for the post. The freephone number doesn't actually let you speak to anyone, it just loops through to a Pay n Go top up service which doesn't allow you to speak to an adviser. Seems O2 are avoiding their customers, funny how they are always keen to get in touch when you owe them money..
