My 2 year contract is half way through and when I signed up I had 75GB of data, this month My O2 app is only showing 25GB data allowance, has anyone had this issue?

There is nothing showing in My Bolt ons, I'm wondering if it was a special offer at the time I signed up but surely it would have been for the length of the contract? I am trying to find my contract info

Not necessarily. It could have been a 12 month offer. Check the T&C's you got originally.

I have the same problem today, my 3X bolt-on, effectively uplifting my 25GB contract tariff allowance to 75GB, disappeared today (coincides with my bill for May, my bill-date is 1st of every month).
My contract and bolt-on were for two years, from Jan-2019 to Dec-2021.
Where has it gone, how do I get it back?
