I still have a high amount to pay on my device plan, how can I pay this off before the end

@Lyn you can call O2 on 202 from your mobile and make an additional payment to your device plan, be aware though unless you pay the full amount they will simply reduce what you owe but it will still be across the full term.

Just call 202 and ask to pay off the device in full. Then carry on with the airtime or give 30 days notice if you want to change networks or go sim only where better deals are to be had.
