This is my first time ordering a phone contract. I placed my order on Thursday the 27th of March and I haven’t hear anything back about my order. What do I do?

If your accepted and things have processed then a email should be sent if not then contact O2 at https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

You could also be rejected for a number of reasons if you have a Good Credit Rating or Not!
