Hi I’ve ordered a phone to be delivered tomorrow and had all the emails which are the 4 legal documents the pre contract credit, the pay monthly terms and conditions, phone plan consumers credit agreement, and key information for o2 refresh and also the your all set full steam ahead and my item is still down as order processing is this normal? Don’t want to be staying in all day for nothing, I’ve also been given the phone number for the phone already. Can someone explain to me what happens next. Thank you ☺️

The next step is your dispatch email which can arrive at anytime before midnight, assuming that O2 have stock to ship out to you.
If not you need to call tomorrow to check.

I'm also having the same issue. Ordered an iPad yesterday before noon and it says Next working day delivery on the website if ordered before midnight. I still have not received Dispatch email and nothing's showing on My O2 even though it says on the email.
