Hi, I recently ordered a pay monthly phone. I received emails relating to the contract and I have a my O2 account etc. However I have no where to track my order on my O2 like the help section suggests I should be able to. I selected to pick up the phone from a local store rather than have it shipped. However I have received no email relating to the actual phone only the contract service. Any ideas?

If that doesn't work then call customer services or your nominated store http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

@PLTC You won’t get any more emails until The phone is despatched so it is likely out of stock I’m afraid

@PLTC O2's stock reporting isn't live, so there's every chance the phone you ordered is out of stock. You won't receive any emails regarding delivery until it is in stock. It's one of O2's little ploys to take your money without providing you anything that so endears them to all their customers.:smileywink:

Yes, thank you. That's what I looked up. No order info available. 

 

I will call in the morning just wanted to make sure I wasn't being a dunce first.

Thanks for the help everyone. At least now I know it's likely a standard stocking issue and not an issue with my actual order.
