Recently placed an upgrade order and got a mail like this. 
Did this means order confirmed and waiting for restocking ?

But we're on the case. We're doing everything we can to deliver your
order (number: ms-xxxxxx) as soon as possible.

It certainly sounds like you have been accepted

If you want to be certain give the sales team a call or message them on social media if you prefer
